    Products are delivered via GLS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The delivery time is up to 14 working days<\/strong> for international orders, calculated from the day the order is processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Orders placed outside business hours (Monday\u2013Friday, 10:00\u201318:00) are processed on the next working day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If the address is incorrect or the recipient does not respond, the courier will hold the package for 7 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors: extreme weather conditions, strikes, road blockages, or force majeure situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Products are considered accepted upon signature of receipt. The package cannot be opened before signing the transport document<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Incorrectly delivered products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Manufacturing defects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Withdrawal from purchase within 14 days without justification (according to O.G. 130\/2000).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              • Products must be in their original packaging, with the invoice attached, and show no signs of wear;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Personalized products cannot be returned;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Refunds are made via bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
