Order confirmation is sent by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Seller\u2019s obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>delivering the goods according to the specifications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing accurate information on the site (descriptions may be updated without prior notice).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Intellectual property rights<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content of the site (texts, logos, images, design, graphics) is the property of Simcribrod and may not be used without written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. <strong>Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simcribrod does not guarantee the continuous operation of the site and is not responsible for technical errors, interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. <strong>Applicable law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract is subject to Romanian law.
