The vine, as a symbol of the Blood of our Saviour Jesus Christ, is the element that beautifies this priest vestment. Each cross is surrounded by vine branches, forming a pattern that outlines the lower part of the felonion, and the icon of our Saviour Jesus Christ that stands on the felonion is also highlighted by vine tendrils.

The embroidery on the felonion is also found on the other pieces of the vestment—the epitrachelion, belt, cuffs, and the coverings for the Holy Vessels—and the embroidered trim that borders each piece adds extra elegance and beauty.
At the customer’s request, the icon on the back of the felonion can be replaced with another one at no additional cost. The cream color of the vestment is very suitable for serving the Holy Liturgy on Sundays and feast days throughout the year.
