1. Definitions

    Buyer – any natural or legal person who places an order.

    Contract – an order confirmed by the seller.

    1. Contractual documents

    The order includes: the products, billing and delivery details, and the Terms and Conditions. Order confirmation is sent by email.

    3. Seller’s obligations

      • delivering the goods according to the specifications;
      • providing accurate information on the site (descriptions may be updated without prior notice).

      5. Limitation of liability

        Simcribrod does not guarantee the continuous operation of the site and is not responsible for technical errors, interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of the site.

        6. Applicable law

          The contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or by the competent courts.
