📄 Shipping Policy
- Delivery terms
Products are delivered via GLS.
The delivery time is up to 14 working days for international orders, calculated from the day the order is processed.
Orders placed outside business hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00) are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery conditions
If the address is incorrect or the recipient does not respond, the courier will hold the package for 7 days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors: extreme weather conditions, strikes, road blockages, or force majeure situations.
- Product acceptance
Products are considered accepted upon signature of receipt. The package cannot be opened before signing the transport document
📄 Return Policy
- Accepted return situations
- Products damaged during transport;
- Incorrectly delivered products;
- Manufacturing defects;
- Withdrawal from purchase within 14 days without justification (according to O.G. 130/2000).
- Return conditions
- Products must be in their original packaging, with the invoice attached, and show no signs of wear;
- Personalized products cannot be returned;
- Refunds are made via bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return.
- Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer;
- In case of replacement, if the chosen product has a higher value, the buyer must pay the difference.
