Embroidered priest vestments – B-6 blue
860,00 €
Priestly vestments with the monogram of Christ and crosses.
Vine and wheat ears, as a symbol of the Body and Blood of the Savior Christ (Holy Impartation), are what adorn the monogram of Christ and the crosses present on this priestly vestment. The monogram of Christ, XP, is an early Christian symbol, and by using these two letters during the pagan period, the wearer affirms his Christian identity. According to Christian tradition, this symbol was envisioned by Emperor Constantine the Great before the Battle of the Milvian Bridge, and is also known as the Constantinian cross or labarum.
The crosses and the monogram XP alternate at the base of the felon, forming a beautiful border all around.
The cuffs, belt, and coverings for the Holy Vessels feature the same embroidery to match the vestment, and the icon on the felon can be changed at the client’s request at no additional cost.
Priests wear the blue color of these vestments on feasts dedicated to the Mother of God, as well as for Sunday services and feast days throughout the year.
The vestment is embroidered with high-quality gold and silver thread, which preserves its brilliance and durability over time, and the fabric is imported from Greece, specially made for vestments.
Upon request, these priest vestments with Christ’s monogram and crosses can be made in any color desired by the client, and the embroidery will be matched to the chosen color.
